未経験者もしっかりとトレーニングを行いますので
経験は一切問いません。
お客様をもてなす気持ちと、毎日元気に楽しく
お客様と接してくれる方であればOKです。
最近日本語も英語も話せる子供たちが一生懸命いろんな場所で働いている姿を見かけます。
日本人ツアー会社での経験はオーストラリアで生まれ育った子供達とって自分の特技を生かした
仕事であり、またとても良い経験になると思います。
（日本語レベルは聞き取りができ、ある程度話せるレベルでOKです）
また、もちろん他都市などで経験がある方や大型バスの免許を持っている方
